Our policy allows stock items to be returned within 15 days of delivery. Keep the original packaging and proof of purchase, and contact us to arrange the return.
Who pays return postage?
You pay tracked return postage for a change of mind. We pay return postage where an item is damaged, defective or incorrect. There is no handling fee.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as you notice, with your order number and details of the problem. We will arrange the appropriate next step. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
