Frequently asked questions
Where do you deliver?
We offer tracked delivery across Canada. Contact us before ordering for any destination outside Canada.
How much does delivery cost?
Tracked delivery is C$25. It is free when the goods total is C$100 or more after discounts.
How long should I allow for delivery?
Allow 24 to 48 hours for handling, then 5 to 7 days for tracked delivery. These are estimates rather than a guaranteed arrival date.
Does the free-delivery threshold apply before or after a discount?
It applies after discounts. Your basket shows the delivery charge and final total before you continue to payment.
What currency are the prices in?
All prices and checkout totals on this store are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Is a customer discount available?
Enter valued-customer in the basket for 15% off the goods total. The discount does not apply to delivery.
Can I order more than one?
Choose the quantity on the product page or change it in your basket. The quantity counts the listed product or complete pack, rather than individual pieces inside a pack.
Where can I see the final total?
Add your chosen product and quantity to the basket. It shows the goods subtotal, any discount, delivery charge and final total before payment.
How can I check my delivery?
Use the Track Your Parcel page or contact us with your order number. We can help with the tracking details for your parcel.
Can I cancel before dispatch?
Contact us promptly before the order is packed or dispatched. There is no cancellation fee. If it has already shipped, our returns process applies.
What is the change-of-mind return window?
Our policy allows stock items to be returned within 15 days of delivery. Keep the original packaging and proof of purchase, and contact us to arrange the return.
Who pays return postage?
You pay tracked return postage for a change of mind. We pay return postage where an item is damaged, defective or incorrect. There is no handling fee.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as you notice, with your order number and details of the problem. We will arrange the appropriate next step. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Can I buy a larger quantity for a business?
Send the product name, quantity and delivery location through our wholesale contact page. We will confirm availability and a quote before you order.
Can you personalise or embroider it?
Personalisation and embroidery are not selectable options on this listing. Contact us to discuss your requirements before ordering.
Can you confirm a particular certification?
Ask us for the product documentation before buying if you need a specific tested standard. We do not claim a certification that has not been verified.
How do I contact you before ordering?
